Just spoke to Angela. Sounds like a nice girl but she isn't certain at this point in time whether or not the class action will proceed due to lack of people prepared to take part. Whilst I accept that is the case, I'm absolutely gobsmacked that so few of the thousands harmed by DOCS have the gumption to fight.

Are Queenslanders so weak gutted they can't / won't stand up against a mob of devious lying feminist bureaucrats ?? I fully realize that DOCS staff in general are exceptionally nasty pieces of work with countless years of experience in dastardly deeds, but isn't that reason in itself to get actively involved in the battle ?? Are you men or mice Queenslanders ??

There is a considerable amount of dialog here about how angry people are & claiming they are 'gonna slay this dragon', but how much of it is real ?? OK so we all need to vent occasionally & some of us more than others, but how many contributors are 100% committed to the task as hand and how many are content to sit on the sidelines and watch a few brave souls take all the risks. Its a similar situation to the utter crap spouted by HR types when they waffle on about team spirit. 'Team spirit' is one of the greatest piles of unmitigated s**t on the planet as it simply means you get to do all the work whilst some other lazy good for nothing numbskull fleabrain gets to take all the credit (when it turns out for the best) or escapes castigation (when it all turns to s**t).

I realize we are dealing with the very embodiment of evil, but to my mind that only makes me more determined to prevail. Doesn't matter in the least to me if its a fair fight or otherwise, I'll happily take a leaf out of DOCS book and fight dirty if thats what it takes. Ease up turbo. We’re dealing with an act and the various interpretations of an act (as well as the different changes made state to state) that do not work. On top of that the cultures within these departments that lead to political arse covering and budget following as well as the demanded following of orders from management without clients considered as a priority.

Once you have that without any independent office that can in reality police them you’re pretty much screwed.

And again, what the parents must do is consider THIER children first, that is their job and many of them know it whether the government acknowledges they do or not.

Just spoke to Angela again & seems her project is still alive. Letter coming via snail mail this week. Sounds worth a try as I certainly can't justify the cost of a legal action against a government department by myself. If nothing else a class action should show the evil ones the battle is turning.

The letter I received today from Angela revealed the instigator of the class action has very interesting qualifications and an approach that might well result in the undoing of the evil ones. Definitely looks to be worth following up by anyone fair dinkum about a DALEK style remedy I can understand why Angela is wary about providing a lot of info openly, it wouldn't do to provide too much information about whats afoot. Now lets see those poxridden spawn of satan get their reward
