Child Safety is an VERY VERY important and passionate issue in our society today. We will do anything to protect our Children. This is forum which will show you what happens when POWER is bestowed upon unworthy individuals and how these unworthy individuals from the Department of Child Safety in Queensland government, ABUSES their power for personal amusement. Instead of PROTECTING and SERVING the people, they have become the predators. Distressed Queensland families today need protection from these predators. Department of Child Safety Pine Rivers. Abuse of Power. Destroying Families. Queensland Families. Corrupt government officials. Public servant and abuse of power.

I agree with you Anderson M but I wonder if anyone yet has challenged this in court.

No conspiracy theory here, it's simple, if Child Safety get a child to draw drawings that just happen to be dark, even if the drawing itself is not a sign of a child being abused, example drawing pictures of people or animals being harmed, etc, they will use it like said and use it well against the person who has been charged with a criminal offense via one of Child Safety CSO's giving evidence against the accused during the defendants trial.
What concerns me is this has now attracted legal attention and it has been bought up on this forum before that a jury could be swung to a guilty verdict only because an expert witness bought in by Child Safety testifies that these dark drawings are a sign that this child has been abused.

Hey Andersen, All children prefer the dark colours even if all the bright ones were still available so there is no need to take away the others. It could be that the previous children ate them.<smile>

But if all this is correct and this manipulative behaviour is common; How often do children's drawing appear in court? Actually how often is a young child listened to during a court proceeding?

I know little kids and I know just how you hold yourself and look when asking a child something will pretty much determine how they respond and which tone they will take. I also know if they have heard the question asked before they will copy what the previous child said.

Is your average caseworker allowed to interview them and use thier replies in court?

Now on this site why wont the pink work but the darker colours are?

Cause I gained wieght and wont fit!<smile>

Nah dude, I guess maybe my language or something gives away that I have associated with caseworkers for far too long now - over 10 years. I foster kids. In NZ for 8 years and here in Oz for two years. This honestly doesn't put me on one side or the other, mostly just bloody confused.

I rarely come in to contact with parents and this forum and alt news and power4parents is finally putting me in touch with a side I hadn't heard before.

The local caseworkers I have talked to over the last week didn't even know about them - so yeah course I told them. If they got online it could add another perspective which could help. Well I don't know about help but I would like to hear from them if they could remain anonomouse (spell check needed) and be honest.

I have been away for a while, so I have not had the chance to read this site for some time, looks like DOCS have finally got their evil eyes on this site. Jewely & Co, what does that stand for Julie and the rest of the DOCS office, come on. 100 plus Foster children, the way you write it sounds more like 100 plus cases as a case worker.

So can all of you prove to me you are not caseworkers and this is not a department run site created just to sift out the parents who have a grasp on technology?

C'mon, dwell on it for awhile because if DoCS are out there bugging your homes and doing drive bys and taking down licence plate numbers as well as tapping your phones why on earth wouldn't they do something as obvious as run a site called "I Hate Gov Dept" to suck you all in?

Name is Julie, Jewely on most sites... this site would not allow it because it was too short so I wrote "&co" on the end. I know, this is stirry stuff.

Yep 106 kids actually over 10 years in two countries. Mostly 0 - 5 year olds. Started when my youngest turned 5 and went off to school.

You would not believe the children I have seen damaged through decisions made by DoCS, their NGO's and CYFS (NZ). Unlike you all I cannot make use of court or solicitors and I have no rights. Anything could be made up about me. They don't have to prove anything to come and take the children from my home.

Crazy.

Julie
Will you please be constructive or I will ask for your removal as you're offensive saying that some of us work for Child safety.
I have meet a few on this forum regarding Pine Rivers and I can tell you this that all that I have come in contact with are genuine.
I don't think IHateGovDept will be happy with your comment when he see it as you're calling him a stooge or a spy for Child Safety.
Again grow or ship out.
