FWIW, I think I'm having a little bit of a win over the forces of darkness. A few more decent affidavits would be nice but even with the ammunition I've been able to collect, it appears I may have made a small but significant crack in the wall. I'm getting to enjoy this battle now that I think I can detect a whiff of success. About time someone managed to teach the slimy scurvy malicious pox-ridden sluts a few manners. Gotta do a bit of checking on legal records because a little bird just wised me up to a number of victims who have apparently been paid off in exchange for non-disclosure contracts. Hopefully there will still be something incriminating on record.

Apparently 'the system' has decided in its wisdom to make it difficult to access Magistrates Court records, although I'm hopeful that an associate (who is legally qualified but who doesn't practice law) will be able to enlighten me on ways to bypass the crap. Strangely enough, virtually all District & Supreme Court judgements & transcripts are readily available but there haven't been any significant cases I've been able to locate in Queensland involving DOCS in years. That doesn't surprise me as its much more likely that the evil ones could manipulate the lower court.
